ADDITIONAL FEES:

Admissions Application Fee:  $25

All applicants are required to pay a non-refundable admissions application fee. For domestic students

(U. S. citizens and permanent residents), the fee is $25.  For international students, the fee is $300.

Returned-Check Fee:  $35

Because returned checks create administrative costs, a $35 fee is added to students’ balances for each returned check. Students with three or more such occurrences must pay their tuition with either a money order or a cashier’s check and are not eligible for subsequent tuition deferrals.

Late-Payment Fee:  $35

Students whose payments are received after their due dates (including late payments resulting from credit card rejections or returned checks) are assessed a $35 late payment fee each month their balance remains past due. Students who have been assessed multiple late fees may be prohibited from participating in certain payment plan options and from registering for future sessions.

Program Change Fee:  $150

After entrance into the College, students may change their program of study if they obtain approval from the Director of Academic Affairs, after submitting the proper request forms.  Upon approval, all credits applicable to the new program will be transferred with a single administrative fee of $150. To assure academic integrity and financial aid compliance, program changes take effect only at the beginning of a new term.
Cost per Credit Hour: $250

This cost per credit hour is charged for those students who wish to take only individual courses from a program without a full program enrolment

Transcript Fee:  $5.00
Each student is entitled to one official transcript at no charge upon graduation. There is a $5.00  fee per document for all other transcript requests. All transcripts provided are official copies. No transcript, copy of the academic record or other information will be released for students who have not satisfied their financial obligations to the College.
