How to Get Started

Step 1: Choose Your Program

Select the program that suits you:

• • • • English as a Second Language (ESL)
      • Associate Degree Program

Step 2: Prepare Your Documents

Please submit a color copy of the following documents to our Admissions Department by email or drop them off in person:

1.Photo – US Passport Size (2″ x 2″, white background)
2.Official Bank Statement or Letter attesting to sufficient funds (must be less than 3 months old, translated into English, and currency converted to USD).                                                                                                                                                              3.Original Sworn Statement/Affidavit of Support – Notarized (see form below).                                                                          4.Birth Certificate – Required only if you have dependent children.
5.Marriage Certificate – Required only if you have a spouse.
6.Passport – For yourself and any dependents.
7.I-94 – For yourself and any dependents.
8.High School Diploma or GED Certificate – With official transcript(Certified English translation).                              9.Foreign Academic Evaluation – For Associate Degree program (via www.validential.com).

For Transfer Students – Additional Documents:

• • • • Official Transcripts – From all schools attended in the USA.
      • USCIS Standing Form (see link below).
      • Transfer Clearance Form, Section A (see link below).

Step 4: Finalize Your Enrollment

Once our admissions team contacts you to schedule an appointment, bring your documents, complete the required forms, and make your payment (see the “Tuition and Fees” table in the PCT Catalog).
